BrazosTweaker exceptionproblem #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to open BroazosTweaker
2. re-installing and trying again
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want the program to open I get a exception message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.0.7 I am using an amd e-350 processor and amd radeon hd 6130 graphics card. 

Please provide any additional information below.

This is what the message says:

WinRing0 could not be initialized.Make sure to use the right release for your 
system: x64 at BrazosTweaker.Program.Main()

It could be either your .NET framework, or the wrong bit type application.

Solution 1: If your on a 32 bit Operating System, then install the x32 version.

Solution 2: First, uninstall all of the .net frameworks by going to Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall a program.

Next, go to the .net framework in the list and uninstall them all

Then, go online and download the latest version of the .net framework from the official Microsoft site.

Lastly, Install the .net framework, then restart the computer so it can take effect. (you might need to also download the framework version 2.0)
