Turn into toolbars:

[x] template selector in PromptTemplateView
[x] headers in QA, Structured Data, Text Similarity, Wikipedia views
[x] headers in AI Convo view

Remove use of squeeze panes for inputs:

[x] Prompt Scripting view
[x] Prompt Template view

Updated UI for chunk library selection:
