UnInstallPackage does not remove user command script #118

When the package is a user command script that script is not removed.

This only affects cases when a user command is for some reason installed into an install folder together with other packages.

When the user wants to get rid of a user command she would simply delete the folder rather than call ]TATIN.UnInstallPackage.

Fixed in 0.92.0
