Consider an "Update all" user command #8

This should certainly be available for versions that are available with a better minor and patch, and it might be an idea to enhance it to major numbers as well, though not by default.

Maybe it should run in "dry" mode by default (making it effectively a reporting tool) unless a particular flag is set.

We are not going to support this, a least not for the time being, but the user command ]TATIN.CheckForBetterVersion helps anyway.
