Tango install fails - "cp: cannot stat 'cowrie.cfg.dist': No such file or directory" #38

Hey, fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04 on Vultr. Apt-get update, followed by installing build-essential, then the commands for the full install from the readme - fails with the above.

Is this likely to work? Are the instructions still valid?

I've included the whole tango_install.log here, sorry if it's obnoxiously long, hoping that GitHub hides it :)

Hey, sorry this isn't working for you. I'm pretty sure this wasn't tested on 18.04, could you possibly try this on a 16.04 image and see if that gets it working for you?

I found the cowrie.cfg.dist file in the etc folder. so, simply it is enough to do the following:

cowrie@aliakbar:~/cowrie$ cd etc/ cowrie@aliakbar:~/cowrie/etc$ cp cowrie.cfg.dist cowrie.cfg
