Support possibility to render code blocks with annotations side by side (in the annotated RST directive) #150

Currently the annotations are always after the code snippet. However, if the code snippet is long, the annotations don't fit on the same screen as the code, and students have to scroll back and forth between the annotations and the code. It would be convenient if there could be an option (or the students could determine) that the code snippet and annotations would be side-by-side, at least on wider windows.
