Add float comparison tolerance parameters to freetext directive #159

Description

What?

Add float comparison tolerance parameters to the freetext directive, because MOOC-Grader now supports configurable relative and absolute tolerances instead of the previously hardcoded 2% relative tolerance.

Fixes #158
