Would it be ok for this issue to wait for aplus-json to be moved way from MOOC-Grader, i.e. until course deployment is done via Shepherd?

This hasn't been implemented yet. It is still a relevant idea. I don't consider the "export" part as important as the configuration of student tags in the course git repo and importing them to A+. Currently, tags are manually managed in the A+ front without any automation with git. However, this feature is not critical and the "priority low" fits well for this issue.

ok, so priorities may later be different between the list items. If we later decide to implement some part, then this issue can be split, but the comment is enough for now.
