Possibility to clear questionnaire answers and feedback #121

Once questionnaire has been answered to, it always shows the responses and related comments. It should be possible to clear the answers, so that the questionnaire can be redone. This would be useful in testing, for example.

I would move this issue to the a-plus repo since the frontend stores the submissions and renders the UI.
