Comparison matrix should show all similarities that exceed threshold #39

Currently the comparison matrix shows only the first 30 lines with most similarity, even though there may be more pairs that exceed the threshold value for reported similarities. There should be a way to see also the rest of these comparisons.

It might also be best to show 50 rows by default instead of only the 30 first rows.
