Intermediate targets are made. Next step is to code the 2-part encoder-decoder structure.

Implementing transposition of data points for now.

TODO:

Fail well for notes/chords transposed outside of valid range (skip those transpositions)
Ensure torch stacks the inputs correctly (currently not)
