We want to be able to pull up all transit options and click to add instead of typing in a text box. This will allow us to search on this field and also makes it quicker to add a new listing. Also this is a multiple selection field (like amenities) since the unit might be near multiple transit options. Just add the train lines at first and an "Other" option that allows us to add custom text (for busses, ferries, etc)
