Dr Sanusi Mohammed mentioned that he entered Doctor's note for a patient (Anjola Olanrewaju) in the morning around 6:30am (8/8/2022) and 2 hours later, he saw that doctor's has been deleted. He said he saved, he didn't save as draft and that he didn't forget to save.
He said that people who are not the authors of a note should not have the access button to delete that note or do anything else on that note.
He mentioned that services rendered to a patient, vital signs, nursing note, doctor's note, laboratory orders, radiology orders, etc appear multiple times and combined. This does not make work easy as they have to keep scrolling or type in the search bar to look for something that was documented previously. He said it will be better if these services after they are typed and saved can be in one button named with their generic name. For example, all vital signs of a patient taken by different nurses should be under one button called 'Vital signs'. All the vital signs taken so far does not have to be listed out one by one.
