Dr. Oluwole Bassey Udom (Intensivist and Anesthetist)

 ICU menu and it’s parameters is needed  Theatre menu and the full chart is needed  Pediatric Intensive Care menu is needed.

Dr. Sokunbi (edeatric Cardiologist)

She mentioned that a menu for Pediatric Cardiology be created on Healthstack
She asked that some forms be put on that menu which she will use to document her clinical notes, diagnosis, findings, etc.
She mentioned that without those forms, she won't be able to document on Healthstack.

Request:

Computers for the ICU and theatre are required so that Doctors and Nurses can use Healthstack for their work.
