Manage Translations #4

Hi, it's me again. Now i started to work with translations. I have made some work on previous fa language files, and now merged it with new one(using msgmerge). So far so good, but i figured out, that some of the original(English) worlds is missing. So i cannot translate them.

Is there any procedure to add them to .po file?

The translation strings in the empty.po file get updated at release time. The first file in the msmerge CLI argument is the one that gets updated with missing strings from the second argument file.
