Feature: curve wizard #2

Introduce a guided step-by-step process for creating new response curves. Should be a complete solution for adding curves with various common shapes. Probably encompasses/supplants preset curve UI.

This is partially implemented but needs some plumbing, editing for parameters, and finalized copy for the naming tab.

Still needs some love but it works well enough for the Core preview.
