EpochLexer should be removed #105

As it appears all the lexing is being done by the EpochCompiler under the Lexer 
folder, EpochLexer project should be removed from the solution and deleted 
(cleaning up one more unneeded thingy mcjigger).

EpochLexer is a temporary support module for Era; it provides syntax 
highlighting for Scintilla. I plan on porting it into pure Epoch once I get 
enough string processing features in the library implemented.
