Era: project changes do not trigger dirty-document warning on exit

Modifying a project, e.g. by adding a new file, does not store a dirty flag. 
This results in potential lost work if Era is exited prior to manually saving 
the project from the menu.

Era should track project dirty state and prompt to save it as appropriate.
