Consider continued inclusion of tuple types #16

Tuples and structures are increasingly appearing to be redundant. Carefully 
consider the role of tuples and, if necessary, remove support in order to 
minimize duplication of functionality.

Tuple types have been removed in the current parser rewrite and will not be 
re-added.
