poetry version #7

I didn't find wich version of poetry you are using in your project. I tried with latest, but have a lot of errors when launching poetry install. So i tried with poetry v1.2.1 and seems better but still have issues. I can fix issues manually, but i think it will be better if you put poetry version in your README.

Hi, are you running this using the docker workflow? If so, what specific errors are you getting?

I ask because I wouldn't expect there to be errors caused by poetry versions.
