Lowering the deployment targets for better compatibility when used with Carthage #16

There were no deployment targets on the Thrift Xcode project's settings, for either iOS, TvOS and WatchOS. This was an issue for us @ Slack, when trying to integrate the framework after being built using Carthage. The framework's deployment target's need to match with the app's module deployment target.
