Indication field fn bandwidth allocation

I would like to see in a future release of transmission remote, a field in the 
main window that shows the bandwidth allocation of each torrent. That’s 
because when you change the bandwidth of a torrent for a specific reason, and 
you leave it there (let’s say for a day) then you probably leave it in high 
or low bandwidth forever. With i field like Bandwidth you can see the torrents 
with a changed bandwidth (and short them with that criteria) so you can bring 
them back to normal when you want.
