Provide a brief summary of the the feature you'd like to see implemented.
Allow the user to right-click a torrent that is paused and choose to
start/restart the download at a certain time and/or date.
This is handy
- for those who have a peak and off peak download quota from their ISP
- for those who have a monthly download quota/allowance from their ISP
for example my quota resets at the start of the month and there is a torrent
that I would like to download but no urgency so I set it to start download in a
week when my quota resets. Similarly I might want to have a specific torrent
download during the off peak times.
