New animated block situated on the home page across desktop breakpoints:

Description: animation reference added for the placement and speed ref. Two background layers are full with Line_Houses.svg (second layer) is 50% speed of Background_Bushes.svg Line_Truck-01.svg (front layer) move back and forth within the the screen Assets on the gdrive as well as animation reference.
