About adding update script #2

Hi there, thank you for creating the setup script! This is really great.

However, I was thinking that maybe there could be another update script since Pwndbg and GEF are actively maintained.

Besides, I added some checks in case the project has been cloned so user can skip the download.

Another minor change is trying to back up .gdbinit file instead of deleting it.
