Deletion of the Weblate project #125

Hello everyone,

I am maintainer of the Funkwhale project and back in the day Otter was actively maintained, we supported the development by granting access to our self hosted weblate.

However, since the development seems to be abandoned, I'd like to get rid of the weblate project. Since this is the first announcement of this kind, I'll wait for 30 days if someone has a objection. If you do, let me know!

I disabled the project in Weblate, if the project will be actively developed in the future, I am happy to active it again. Let me know!
