  1. Duck animated sprite appears when key "D" is pressed
  2. updated README with instructions on how to get started / run project
  3. data file for image files for animated Sprite.

Hello, I have to say that I expected a standalone Demo, but the idea of a duck appearing gave me a good laugh :)

I want all of my apps to have this feature now!
