@WebCoder49 - I have code for this, but I need to convert PIL to OpenCV
Get data around coordinates and "zoom in" on image - also cache past bounding boxes?

Inputs: Coordinates - long/lat + Wanted dataset ID Outputs: Dataset value for coord
