We need to create a tar file that includes cm_mcu.bin and address_table as an XML file for distributing to Zynq(s).

Describe the solution you'd like This task should be easily implemented in Makefile. Also, we would like to rename test.xml to PL_MEM_CM_rev1.xml or PL_MEM_CM_rev2.xml.
