setup Documentation autogenerate #9

at this moment we need to generate gh-pages branch by hand we may also move it to http://dspace.open-resource.org/client/api

In remoteStorage.js I use a "commit-docs" task to make this less of a hassle: https://github.com/RemoteStorage/remoteStorage.js/blob/master/Makefile#L37

this should move to the auto-deploy, but I think it would also need to be a part of the build functionality
