Agregar recomendaciones de usuarios #18

También incluiría lo de usuarios relacionados. Hay que ver que tan difícil es hacerlo. Por ahora encontré esto

Lo mismo que con el de recomendar viajes. Con lo que vimos en la charla de sistemas de recomendacion, estaria bueno hacerlo.
