use circleci `-browsers` image to save some install time

~Let's see if this is any faster regarding the playwright dependencies~

This saves some time in the npx playwright install-deps step:

Before, that would install 311 dependencies (164 MB), with this it installs 192 dependencies (108 MB).

Since that install step is pretty time-consuming and also varies strongly (25 sec to even 5-6 minutes), doing less here might pay off a lot.
