Adds this project to Sentry (where other Education team apps are also tracked).
I kept the DSN value in here even though this is a public repo because the Sentry docs say it’s OK. If we think otherwise, I can definitely make changes to add this as a secret to the repo instead (and revoke this current one).
Any issues are sent to the #alerts-deved-demo-apps channel on Slack.
