dark-mode for documentation website. #178

Current documentation is light themed and can't be toggled into a dark theme for lesser eye strain.

(i don't think i need to start with dark theme benefits more clearly ).

update: i understood entire documentation is a gatsby site and using apollo's custom theme for ui. I guess actual work should be done in that them itself.
