Hi everyone, nice library! Great job!

Is it still being maintained? I think it will be a good idea to update the Amazon production endpoint to 2.0 since 1.0 is being deprecated...

Or at least make the version configurable... Is this planned for anytime soon? Thanks!!

My bad, didn't notice the 1.0 in the request URL represents the RVS version rather than the API version. The request format is already working for API version 2.0
