Rename dir to match lab instructions

Lab instructions say "For the Lab3b_MyBrowser project, do the following.", but there is no project called "Lab3b_MyBrowser", only "Lab3a_MyBrowser".

Looking at the next lab, called "Lab3b..." I realize its the lab instructions that are wrong, not the folder name.
