Update _tag-picker.less #101

change the min-width of tag picker so it loads properly on mobile (45 rem exceeds mobile width screen, creating extra white space)

Hi @notebk, is this a frontend thing (logged out users see it)? If so yes it makes sense to fix at this level. (Apostrophe doesn't have mobile editing support in this release.) Thanks!

Yes, it's frontend. If you have a mobile device, launch the demo, log out, and go to the blog page, you'll see the extra white space
