Unable to edit rich-text-widgets after re-arranging widgets on page #1348

Just to state this a bit more clearly, it you're editing a page or piece (I've tested this with a "show" page of a pieces-pages module), once you start to re-arrange widgets by dragging, you're no longer able to edit rich-text-widgets.

So far I've seen this happen at least in Firefox, I haven't tested for this bug extensively yet.

It works fine after refresh, yes.
