PRO-2856 Implement table editing support in tiptap

Time's up: we need table support in Tiptap. Utah uses it on 50 pages. Why wouldn't they? It's a standard feature of A2. And we have a design, so. Hold my beer. Deleted: long screed about Michelin's internal discussions on this, but it comes down to Michelin wanting CSV import features, which are a nice-to-have from everyone else's perspective and can be added whenever Michelin considers it a priority. What we need right now is table editing support so we can migrate A2 projects.
