Allow hostnames to be specified for sc-proxy for production use #6
stagecoach might be nice for running a few apps on a single VPS in production too. We can get there if we provide a way to configure the hostnames that sc-proxy should acknowledge for each site. Don't do it in data/, this should be something that does deploy.
