Get Rid of Main Menu Dialog during Game Play #119

Repro: 1) play game 2) hit Main Menu Icon

Result: Dialogue with three buttons

Get rid of it because I can do all those things by just going to main menu. (I can always just hit resume. If I accidentally hit "Start", I still have hit "Play". Currently, it's too easy to hit "Restart" in dialogue and blow up the game. The dialogue only provides one functionality, which is to restart quickly. For a boardgame, it's not necessary. I think it's good for 10-60 sec puzzle levels.
