TOR Peers wrongly reported as clearnet #602

Describe the problem/bug

Here is the issue with a peer that is "tor only" but reported as clearnet:

Your environment

Version of ThunderHub: 0.13.30
Deployment method: k8s
Other relevant environment details: lnd/bitcoind

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Connect the peer above
Check the list of peers

Expected behavior Tor nodes show up as such. I do see some other tor nodes though.

Actual behavior SOME tor node shows up as clearnet
