Just to help and save other developers time

I've made a repository which contains Boost and OpenSSL built and ready for iOS and macOS architectures.

Includes thread-safe libraries aswell!

If possible, do not close this issue, just trying to help!

This place is intended for my project issues, not an advertising platform for projects with very questionable approaches.
