Support schema refs within desired roles

NOTE: majority of total line changes is due to data.json re-generation with latest qontract-schemas image

• main relevant changes are within query.graphql and toplevel/role.go

Changes:

• update role toplevel to support schema references for mount and policies attributes
• update test files to include new schema references where applicable

Why This enhances traceability when reviewing vault config and improves ability for PR check to validate vault configs
