Not working for some benchmark functions #12

The optimizer does not work well for these cases:

camel16_2d goldstein_2d branin_2d rosenbrock_2d

Added more information about the bug.

It is very difficult to determine the underlying reason of bad performance. It could be either a bug or due to a insufficient algorithm. So, it is better to close this issue and proceed case by case.
