Add Linux setup instructions and script #24

This brings in the script and instructions that @mfeniseycopes created to address #18. I've pulled them into the structure of the dotfiles repo.

@niko79542, please go through the new linux script and compare it to the original mac script. They should correspond as much as possible, including style and output. Make any necessary changes.

@niko79542 please recreate this PR from the same linux branch. Github is being annoying and not letting me review this PR because I created it.
