The admins have told me that they get emails from applicants asking about whether they can continue to use Cloud9 for the coding-test-2 prep work, since (prior to this pull request) the coding-test-2 README explicitly stated that "these practice problems are meant to be downloaded, written, and run on your own computer." Since we strongly encourage applicants to use Cloud9 for the coding-test-1 prep work, I assume that we want to continue encouraging its use for coding-test-2 (?).
The admins also told me, if I recall correctly, that they both did the coding-test-2 prep-work in Nitrous, but didn't know or couldn't figure out how to actually run the specs, so they just tested their code manually. Therefore, I have included a little additional instruction about how to run the tests in Cloud9, which is as much as anything just intended to indicate to applicants that it is indeed possible to run the specs on Cloud9, and that they should do this.
