Fixed misspelling #69

The sentence "We want everyone to be successful here, but we also don't want a student to be fall behind..." also needs to be fixed in this file, but since there are multiple ways to do this (e.g. remove "be", add -ing to "fall", reword), I did not want to infer which one you'd prefer.

Since the rest of this is so well written, I thought you'd want to know about the typo. :)
