Hot Chocolate v13 #104

This updates the tests to pass on the latest preview version of Hot Chocolate. These changes are not backwards compatible with version 12.

It would be great to have a preview release of AppAny.HotChocolate.FluentValidation.

Closes #103.

@sergeyshaykhullin I'm a bit confused – won't this fail for users on HC 12? I thought that you would merge to another branch and release a preview version.

I updated readme, add 0.9.x HC 12 -> 0.10.x HC 13 changelog
