Merging two package.json
webpack configs
Exported LoginRoute from the package.

Just to begin with consuming exported components

Can we stick with two separate package.json files. One backend and one service as this will make for more efficient builds. i.e. I don't want to have to include all of the frontend packages in a service deployment
